- When a role opens, the process is two conversations and one practical exercise drawn from real work. We pay for the exercise if it takes more than two hours.
- Application data is handled under our Privacy Policy, kept for twelve months from receipt with your consent, and deleted after that unless you ask us to keep it longer.
